Spital and Steinhaus am Semmering, friendly, hospitable, rustic Styrian. To the east the Stuhleck, to the west the Kampalpe with the Bärenwand. Dark green in summer, snow-white in winter. Unspoiled nature and modern winter sports facilities and the climbing forest.

St. Barbara im Mürztal consists of the districts Mitterdorf, Veitsch and Wartberg. Pilgrims cross the area to get to Mariazell, hikers appreciate the massif of the Hohe Veitsch. In winter, the Brunnalm skiing area attracts skiers and ski tourers.

The healing effect of the special gentle climate in St. Radegund was already appreciated during the monarchy. Today, St. Radegund offers state-of-the-art health facilities such as the St. Radegund Special Hospital, which is one of the pioneers of cardiological rehabilitation and impresses with Graz's local mountain, the Schöckl.
